I've just finished this book written by a 19 year old who founded his first company when he was 12 and nominated for Inc. Magazine's "Entrepreneur of the Year". It's a lighthearted read and quite inspiring when you see that someone so young is so successful. It shares his experiences and seems realistic, unlike certain biographies which seem to paint a perfect picture most of the time. As a teen growing up, he too faced the trouble with adolescence and his grades in school weren't fantastic partly because of his work commitments.
It all started in school where he took up the task of setting up a website for the community to make complaints to the local state government which allowed him to learn more about the workings of the public sector. In turn, he eventually came up with the idea for e-solutions for local councils and somehow worked things out. It's interesting, and highly amusing, to read about a teen going to school with a blackberry constantly emailing and handling his company matters.
And yet, despite all this I still cannot shake off the feeling of regimentation and the knowledge that I will only be free on 3rd November.
